Service Bookings

Fixed-price services are charged at the listed price. Quote-based services show a starting price; the final price is confirmed after an on-site inspection by the professional.

Cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge before a professional is assigned. Late cancellations may incur a nominal fee.

Professional Conduct

All professionals listed on FixNext undergo an identity verification process. Report any conduct concerns to our support team immediately.

Limitation of Liability

FixNext facilitates connections between customers and independent service professionals and is not liable for issues arising from services rendered, beyond facilitating dispute resolution.
